The next status meeting on thursday, the BSA reported that there was not much progress. Some architecture decisions were not taken when required. The Manager said “This is a huge program and we may have small delays like that, I will look into this and get the right people take decisions soon”. He does command a lot of respect within the organisation. I discussed with the BSA about what decisions are pending and it seemed it was all high level fundas. So I waited…
Then there was some other team which had a big issue in one of their releases, all resources redeployed to that project. No people available for our project till mid october.. So I am still waiting…
